For full-service, custom-curated journeys, a planning fee may apply. It allows me to dedicate the time and attention your trip deserves—from researching the right options to thoughtfully building and refining your itinerary.
If a planning fee applies, I’ll always share it with you upfront before we begin.
For complimentary services such as hotel-only reservations, cruises, and select all-inclusive stays, there is no planning fee.

If a transfer is delayed, plans change, or you run into an issue along the way, I’ll help coordinate with the appropriate travel partners and work toward a solution whenever possible.

Whenever possible, give yourself plenty of time—especially for honeymoons, holidays, popular destinations, luxury properties, and more complex itineraries.
Planning early gives us the best opportunity to find the right accommodations and experiences before availability becomes limited.
